At TD2E we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

2. What data we process

This website has no data collection forms. We only process the data you give us when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: usually your name, your contact details, the company you represent and the information included in your enquiry.

Please do not send us special categories of data, such as health data, or data about other people without their consent.

In addition, to understand how the website is used, we record visit statistics with a tool installed on our own server (Independent Analytics), without cookies: pages viewed, referring page, approximate country and city, device type and browser. Each visitor is identified by an encrypted code that changes every month and we do not store your IP address, so this data cannot be used to identify you.

3. Why we use your data

  • To answer your enquiries and your requests for information or quotations.
  • To manage, where applicable, the commercial or contractual relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • To comply with the legal obligations that apply to us, such as tax and accounting obligations.

We do not carry out profiling or make automated decisions with your data.

4. Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you contact us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract, when you ask us for a quotation or hire us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Our legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how the website is used, for visit statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, if a business relationship is established, for as long as it lasts. After that, the data is kept blocked for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Our service providers, such as web hosting, email or our advisers, may access it as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place through the service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy and may carry out international data transfers with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to td2e@td2e.com or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version is always the one published on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
